Welcome to Race Life Cargo. By using our logistics, transportation, or cargo services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 📦 Services Offered

Race Life Cargo provides multimodal cargo services including:

  • Air Cargo
  • Rail Freight
  • Road Transport
  • Sea Cargo
  • Warehousing & Storage
  • Door-to-Door Pickup and Delivery

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. 📝 Booking & Documentation

  • Customers must provide accurate details including sender and receiver addresses, cargo weight, type, dimensions, and declared value.
  • Government-issued ID and relevant documents (invoice, shipping declaration, etc.) may be required.
  • Race Life Cargo reserves the right to refuse shipments with incomplete documentation.

3. 📍 Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless stated in writing.
  • Race Life Cargo is not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs authorities, weather, or force majeure events.
  • Customers must ensure availability of authorized personnel at both pickup and delivery points.

4. 🛑 Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for shipment:

  • Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, radioactive items)
  • Illegal substances
  • Live animals
  • Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
  • Currency, gold, or precious stones (unless disclosed)

If prohibited items are shipped without disclosure, Race Life Cargo will not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal action.

5. 💰 Charges & Payments

  • All shipping costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Additional charges may apply for storage, insurance, customs clearance, and re-delivery.
  • Quoted rates are valid only for the declared cargo details. Any discrepancy may result in a rate revision.

6. 📦 Cargo Handling and Insurance

  • Race Life Cargo handles all cargo with care, but is not liable for any damage or loss due to poor packaging, incorrect declaration, or unforeseen transit conditions.
  • Insurance is optional and available on request. If not opted, the client accepts the shipment at their own risk.

7. 🕒 Storage Terms

  • Goods stored in Race Life Cargo’s warehouse are charged on a daily or monthly basis, based on space and duration.
  • Goods not collected within 30 days of the agreed date may be considered abandoned and disposed of without further notice.

8. 📃 Claims & Disputes

  • Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims must include all supporting documents: invoice, photos, waybill, etc.
  • Race Life Cargo’s liability is limited to the shipping cost unless insurance is purchased.

9. 🔒 Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer data is used only for service delivery and internal records. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.

10. ⚖️ Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
